Summer is in full-swing, and that means plenty of exciting food news and events in Pittsburgh. Here’s the latest from the Steel City food scene.

🧑‍🍳 A Perfect Pairing

Next Thursday, July 20, indulge in a four-course meal and perfectly paired cocktails at The Summit. Tickets are $80 per person and seatings are available at 6 and 8:30 p.m.

🍩 Paczki Returns For A Sweet Summer

The Polish treats are back at Oakmont Bakery for one weekend only — July 28-30. And if you’ve never had a paczki, this is your chance to try all the flavors. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

🌮 Tacos, Tequila, and Trees!

There’s no better way to spend a Thursday than eating tacos and drinking tequila while listening to live tunes. You can do just that at Tree Pittsburgh on July 27 and even learn about Tequila Herradura’s sustainability efforts.

🍨 Butterfat Goes National

Butterfat Gelato is officially competing at the Gelato Festival World Masters in L.A. this September! Owner Lauren Brock will be showing off her carrot cake gelato during the national competition.
