Pigeon Bagels in Squirrel Hill made it on Bon Appetit’s list of best bagels in the United States. It’s no surprise to locals. The 100% kosher biz always has long lines waiting to get a taste of their whitefish, fig, and honey schmear, or their vegan carrot lox.

🏆 Pittsburgh Baking Champion
