Welcome to your Hey Pittsburgh bulletin board — a virtual space to place jobs, scholarships, internships, workshops, and more things that help your neighbors.

Here’s what’s pinned in Pittsburgh this week:

📌 Call for artists: Hazelwood Local is accepting portfolio submissions until June 9 that demonstrate sculptural talent using metal, resins, or other outdoor-appropriate materials for an installation at the 4800 Gateway — a welcome to visitors entering the neighborhood.

📌 Want to get crafty? The Center for Creative Reuse in Point Breeze North is hosting free, drop-in workshops using a variety of materials on May 12, 21, and 28 between 12 and 3 p.m.

📌 WorkshopPGH, located in Lawrenceville and Wilkinsburg, is hiring a wood intern or apprentice for their beginner level and hobbyist wood workshops.

📌 Are you a musician? Submissions are now open for Helpin' Aht 6, the latest in a series of benefit music compilations with 100% of proceeds going toward the organization’s mission to give free instruments and gear to artists who can't afford or access them.
