I Tried: Pgh Dumplingz

I’ve been wanting to try these dumplings for awhile, and I finally got my hands on them at VegFest last week. The black bean and mushroom were so spicy and delicious. Shoutout to owner Eric White: When I told him about my newsletter, he said that he reads it everyday! I’m so jazzed to meet yinz in the wild. It means so much.

Get a taste at Pgh Dumplingz’ next pop-ups: tomorrow at the Strip District Market, Sunday at Pittsburgh Cannabis Fest, Monday at Iron Born in the Strip, and Sunday Aug. 20 at Two Frays Brewery in Garfield.

The Parlor Party

The Parlor Dim Sum and Cantonese BBQ is turning 1, and you can celebrate with food, drinks, and music by DJ Bamboo at 1 p.m. on Aug. 27. Stay tuned for ticket sales for special food items.
