With Pride celebrations, outdoor recreation, live music, and festive markets, Pittsburgh will be bursting with color and life this June. Don’t miss out on the sunshine and good vibes ⬇️

🌈 Celebrate Pride

Pittsburgh is kicking off a month of Pride celebrations with Pride Prom and the All Out Music Festival May 30 (including a new, drag-only showcase), festivities in Allegheny Commons Park May 31, and the Pride March & Parade June 1.

Neighborhoods and boroughs have their own celebrations, too. Check out Lawrenceville Pride June 13-15, Pride Millvale June 14, Uptown Pride June 28, Pride in the Park in Aspinwall June 29, Dormont’s Big Gay Wedding June 29, and more in QBurgh’s Pride Guide.

📣 Commemorate Juneteenth

Mellon Park will be packed with live music, cultural events, and small business vendors June 19-22. On June 21, the Grand Jubilee Parade will take over Downtown with a lively lineup of dancers, steppers, and community groups.

Keep the celebrations going with performances by ANQWENIQUE and Friends at East Liberty Presbyterian Church June 14 and Emerald City June 19, Black Power Story Hour with Boom Concepts at the Frick Environmental Center June 19, Freedom Talk at Kelly Strayhorn Theater June 21, or a live painting and art exhibition in Mt. Oliver June 21.

Experience Pittsburgh from a new perspective at Bike Pittsburgh’s annual OpenStreetsPGH event June 29. Miles of city streets will be shut down to cars and open for residents to walk, run, bike, skate, and roll. There will also be free fitness workshops, kids’ biking classes, local food vendors, and more family-friendly activities. Check out the route!
