South Side Curfew, Scary Bridges & Downtown Gets a Grocery Store
While the statistics say crime is going down in the South Side, a few weekends of unruly crowds have leaders talking about a potential curfew for East Carson Street. Plus, we're talking about the tools our city has to check on the status of all those closed bridges — and see what construction's in the pipeline.
